Nancy O’Dea, M.Ed., Sales Representative
Nancy has been a successful Realtor in the world of luxury real estate in the Nation’s Capital since she began in real estate in 2005. Having practiced as a registered nurse in critical care for many years, Nancy earned a master’s degree in counselling psychology; a degree that opened doors to an interesting career in the world of mental health and addictions, as well as working with the worried well in business. It was a perfect segue into the world of real estate for Nancy as the buying and selling experience can be an emotional roller coaster if not under skillful management. Nancy’s careful attention to detail and her willingness to attend to and listen to her clients has assisted her in building a strong referral network and client base for life.

Frank O’Dea, O.C., Sales Representative
From “Street Kid to Biz Wiz,” Frank O’Dea’s career is a reminder for people to never give up. A charmed childhood in Montreal was no salvo for what was to come, but Frank did overcome and became a successful serial entrepreneur. As co-founder of one of Canada’s first coffee chains, The Second Cup, he demonstrated his business ingenuity and went on to co-found ProShred Security, and to lead a variety of businesses as C.E.O and Chairman. He soon learned that his real calling was in giving back to his community and co-founded several not-for-profit organizations including The Canadian Landmine Foundation. His avocational work was recognized when Frank became an Officer in the Order of Canada, one of the highest civilian honours in the country. Frank has also been awarded Rotary International’s prestigious Paul Harris award four times. In his third chapter, Frank is excited to be joining his wife Nancy O’Dea to put his pedigree to use in the world of real estate.
