The Easter holiday is over as is Passover and it feels like the log jam in the upper end of Ottawa real estate has broken. I believe that Spring has finally sprung! This week I have begun to see that high end homes are finally beginning to sell. This is good news and would seem to indicate that consumer confidence has returned to the Ottawa real estate market.
